I am thrilled that I finally came to Laundromax on Chandler Street today. I’m saving so much money by coming here, thanks to the free dryers and the HUGE washing machines available. Big shoutout to VANESSA who helped me through my first time today! She is professional, kind, and graciously talked me through my first visit at this location. I’ll be back soon!

Extremely awesome and kind she treated me like family and showed me how to use the machine. Machines recommended highly give her a raise. She didn’t tell me to say that sincerely The Grinch.

I called Laundromax on Chandler Street, and a staff member by the name of Stephanie answered. I asked her if the laundromat was full and she answered me in a professional and kind manner. It was my first time doing laundry at this location and Stephanie welcomed me and also helped me to purchase a new card as well as loading the card with money in a patient and kind manner. Stephanie's kindness and smile was reassuring and welcoming to make this laundromat my new go to 🤗 -Very Clean -reasonable prices -Dryerers are FREE - Parking is available in the corner and back of laundromat.

I had a situation were someone was parked in handicapped and i couldn’t get my grandmother out of the car i went inside and the employee Cesar was very professional and explain to tell the other person to move and he calmly asked everyone who was parked in handicapped and professionally asked the person to move the car the person did it with no hesitation it was due to his incredible friendly attitude Because people around this area can be rude!!! And the store was clean

So when I come to laundromats I like coming to laundromats because of a few things first off the customer service I received Brian is a freaking Queen awesome tries to be helpful in every way and his customer service skills is on point laundromat always clean every time I come in here he's busy and we can't forget about Ashley awesome busted her butt always on her dryers folding doing her thing and if you need something she's there to help and don't forget the dryers are free ... But if I had to say something bad new dryers would be awesome because it sucks when you go to your dryer 😔 and your clothes are still wet you know what I mean especially if you are in a rush and you want to just hurry up and grab your things and go you can't because now I double check I run up to them every few minutes and touch the door and make sure it's hot but other than that laundromax is great and Brian the queen what would you do without them 👌🤘💯

Caesar was extremely helpful and professional during my visit to the laundromat. He took the time to assist me, answered my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His customer service stood out and made a big difference. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this location because of him.

When I came into the store it was super clean I saw my favorite employee Cesar cleaning the washers and is very dedicated to making the store clean every time he is working the store is always clean he is a Rockstar at his job always goes above & beyond and also has amazing customer service skills he is the only employee out of all that actually clean

Every time I come up in here to this laundry mat I’m so impressed on how clean it is Cesar always does his job super well very customer service oriented and the store is super clean Every time I walk in he is always working and super impressed I wish the other employees would clean I never see them clean

There’s PLENTY of washers of different sizes, dryers are completely FREEEEE!!! Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. The price is just right. They even have 100lb washers!! For ONLY $25.99!! That’s equivalent to TENNNN baskets of laundry, in ONEEE washer! Best place to do laundry in Worcester!
